History

J M Business advisors was set up in 2016 by Justin Bass. Justin identified areas that, during his career, he needed assistance with – as well as specific areas that had allowed him to accelerate and shape teams and boards he was working alongside. Justin is still very passionate about the strength of a team performing at its peak and believes passionately that seeing a business take significant steps in its growth can in most instances be attributed to the strength of the board. Managing director of a PLC business at age 35, Justin has continued working at this level and now holds several non-executive positions alongside his work at JMBA. The business has experience across many sectors and industries, with its foundation based on finding and working with the very best… and never forgetting first and foremost, that it’s always about the people.
